Categories of data subjects
Employees, contractors and authorised representatives of NEWAYS SLOVAKIA, a.s. and other companies of the Neways group who are granted access to internal applications.
What data we process
Identity information from Microsoft Entra ID (name, work e-mail, user ID, security groups), authentication session cookie issued by Azure Static Web Apps, and technical request logs (IP address, user-agent, timestamps) retained by Microsoft Azure in the West Europe region. The portal stores a list of recently used application IDs in your browser's local storage; this information never leaves your device.
Source of data
Identity data is obtained from your Microsoft Entra ID account managed by your employer (Neways group). Technical data (IP, user-agent) is collected automatically from your device when you connect to the portal.
Purpose and lawful basis
Personal data is processed to provide a secure single sign-on entry to internal NEWAYS business applications. The lawful basis is the performance of an employment or service contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and the legitimate interest of NEWAYS SLOVAKIA, a.s. in operating an internal IT system that protects company information (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Sub-processors
Microsoft Ireland Operations Ltd. — Azure Static Web Apps and Microsoft Entra ID, hosting region West Europe (Netherlands). Identity data may be made available to other companies of the Neways group acting as joint controllers for HR and IT administration purposes. No personal data is transferred to any third party outside the European Economic Area.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection and data portability. You can exercise these rights by writing to hr.nsk@newayselectronics.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority — the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic, Hraničná 12, 820 07 Bratislava 27, e-mail statny.dozor@pdp.gov.sk, www.dataprotection.gov.sk.
Retention
Authentication and access logs are retained according to the standard retention policy of Microsoft Azure (typically 30–90 days). Identity data linked to employment is kept for the duration of the contract and afterwards as required by Slovak labour, accounting and archiving legislation (typically 5–10 years). Data stored in your browser's local storage can be cleared by you at any time via the 'Clear' action on the home page.
Automated decision-making
We do not perform any automated decision-making, profiling or evaluation of personal aspects relating to you on this portal.
Cookies
This portal uses only strictly necessary cookies required to keep you signed in (StaticWebAppsAuthCookie, HttpOnly, Secure). No tracking, analytics or advertising cookies are used and no consent banner is therefore required under the ePrivacy Directive.
